How booking works

Step by step

1. Pick a hotel, or tell us what the trip is for and let us suggest one.
2. Send your dates by WhatsApp or the form on any page.
3. Our licensed Sabah tours agency checks availability and the rate with the hotel and replies within a few hours, 8am to 10pm Sabah time.
4. If you're happy, you confirm and pay. You get the hotel's own confirmation.

What it costs you

Nothing extra. The agent is paid a commission by the hotel, the same way a booking website is. Where we hold contracted agent rates, the page shows a from-price. Where we don't, we quote what the hotel gives us, which is usually the same as or better than the public rate.

Why it's worth it

You can add island day trips, a Mount Kinabalu climb, Kinabatangan or Sepilok, and airport pickup to the same booking. And if the hotel you picked is wrong for your trip, we'll say so.
